Jason Spector, MD, CMO
Chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Weill Cornell Medicine. Nationally recognized expert in abdominal wall reconstruction and complex hernia repair. He is the Founder, Director and Principal Investigator of the Laboratory for Bioregenerative Medicine and Surgery (“LBMS”) at Weill Cornell Medicine. Founded multiple companies and start-up projects.
David Putnam, Ph.D, CSO
Professor, Associate Dean, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, College of Engineering, Cornell University. 20 years experience in biomaterials design and synthesis. Founder/Co-Founder of several biotech companies including TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Inc (sold to J&J for $230M). Entrepreneur-in- Residence at PureTech Ventures, Boston, MA. Fellow of AIMBE and the Coulter Foundation; Fellow, Nat’l Academy of Inventors.
